Muslim Personal Law Board urges Chief Justice to intervene amid rising claims on mosques, dargahs

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board urges Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna to take suo motu action against court cases altering the status of mosques and dargahs, citing the Places of Worship Act, 1991. They said that recent claims, including the Ajmer dargah dispute, could jeopardize communal harmony if not addressed.
