The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday secured the necessary sanction to prosecute Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak in the excise policy case. This development was disclosed to Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, who scheduled the next hearing for August 27. Kejriwal has been in judicial custody since March 21.
